Blogmas Day 12 – Slimming world no syn Crustless quiche recipe

Slimming world quiche ingredients Christmas has not started yet but the quality street have been out since Halloween and whilst I have been running I know I will be eating all of the things over the next month. Maybe a little slimming world lunch here and there will help?


  • Three eggs
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 pepper
  • Half a pot of fat free cottage cheese
  • Frylight
  • Salt and pepper

Courgette base for a crustless low calorie quiche. 1. Cut the courgette into half a cm discs. Spray the bottom of a dish with frylight. Add the courgette to cover the base. Season. Place in a preheated oven 180′ for five minutes.Mid way through cooking a crustless slimming world quiche2. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the cottage cheese. Mix. Cut the remainder of the courgette into small pieces. Finely slice the leek and pepper. Season. Mix.

3. Remove the dish from the oven and add the mix I to the courgettes that will have started to cook.

4. Place in the oven for twenty five minutes.

I make this with veg too after Sunday dinner – it is delicious and lovely to have something made for mid week lunches. Having something on the base of the dish makes the quiche easier to remove. This recipe is syn free on slimming world.
