Blogmas Day 3 – What I want for Christmas.

So for a while there I thought that Christmas was going to be looking very different I am thirty eight and have never cooked Christmas dinner. I mean I am sure I could cook Christmas dinner but it wouldn’t be the same. Christmas is about spending time with family and after the year where we have had to spend much more time apart I am really looking forward to spending time together.

It is less about the gifts than ever before but here are some items I am currently loving. *some items were gifted with no obligation to post.

I love a new book at anytime of the year but during the Christmas break I have more time and this year with the restrictions I am not sure we will be able to go away for new year. there are lots of books I would love to read and Jojo Moyes is high up on the list.

I also love that I have more time to do my hair and make up during the holidays and I love this air styler from Jose Eber, it is perfect for on the go in a rush mornings or grabbing some time at the weekend mornings.

Is it Christmas without something to wear? Now if I am entirely honest I will more than likely get new pjs and they will be my main outfit on Christmas Day. I did today receive an absolutely stunning dress from Joanie clothing and I can not wait to wear it. It will not wait for Christmas but I imagine I will have it back out again on Christmas Day. I will not be disappointed to have a Joanie shaped parcel under the tree. I am in love with all of their designs, they are so different I want everything. Here is a link to the dinosaur dress. Another must have in our house at Christmas time is something to do. A puzzle, crochet, something to do alongside watching a film. I got my friend a cross stitch map last year and have been looking for one since. Perfect for recording past and future travels. I liked the scratch off maps but think this is an extra level of epic. It really is beginning to feel a lot like Christmas and I can not wait!! Mince pies and Baileys are out, I am good to go. Happy Christmas everyone.
